Brocolli & Cheddar Fritters

Ingredients

  • 2 cups brocolli, steamed & shredded (1 medium head)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg

Recipe

  • Steam broccoli, and shred via mashing with a fork.
    • Microwaving broccoli in a covered bowl with a little water is a good trick
    • Takes 4 minutes on my microwave
  • Mix all the ingredients together, make into patties, and pan fry
