Brocolli & Cheddar Fritters
Ingredients
- 2 cups brocolli, steamed & shredded (1 medium head)
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg
Recipe
- Steam broccoli, and shred via mashing with a fork.
- Microwaving broccoli in a covered bowl with a little water is a good trick
- Takes 4 minutes on my microwave
- Mix all the ingredients together, make into patties, and pan fry
