Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 10 cardamom pods
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • ~10-20 grapes, halved & seeded
  • 1-2 bananas
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 plum

Recipe

  • Put the cardamom and milk in a microwave safe bowl, and microwave. Re-microwave after a few minutes, and strain, then stir in honey.
  • Chop the fruits, mix together, then pour over honey-milk mixture
  • Refrigerate and serve, this can be served immediately but tastes better after a few hours or overnight in the fridge.

Notes

  • Add or sub fruits as you prefer. Bananas are pretty key imo, but everything else is substitutable
