Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 8 burger buns (about ~340g, increase other proportions if you use big buns)
  • 1 stick salted butter (1/2 cup)
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan (approx)

Recipe

  • Mix ingredients & make garlic butter, apply to bread evenly.
  • Cut each bun-half in half, making each piece of garlic bread a quarter-bun.
  • Place face-up on a baking tray, bake at 425F for 10-15 minutes, until desired crispness

Notes

  • The thick-vs-thin bun halves allow for nice variation in crispness, I generally lean to making the thin ones quite crisp.
