Garlic Bread
Ingredients
- 8 burger buns (about ~340g, increase other proportions if you use big buns)
- 1 stick salted butter (1/2 cup)
- 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan (approx)
Recipe
- Mix ingredients & make garlic butter, apply to bread evenly.
- Cut each bun-half in half, making each piece of garlic bread a quarter-bun.
- Place face-up on a baking tray, bake at 425F for 10-15 minutes, until desired crispness
Notes
- The thick-vs-thin bun halves allow for nice variation in crispness, I generally lean to making the thin ones quite crisp.
