Notes
One of the few recipes I’ve never tried with jarred minced garlic, I generally stick to real garlic cloves for this one. Worth testing out, but I’m a bit wary that it’d be bad given the primary flavor here is garlic.
This is quite an ugly dish, you might want to try sprucing it up with dried or fresh herbs. I’ve also seen a recipe recommend placing slices of lemon on the fish while baking for a cuter vibe.
You could also consider swapping olive oil for an herb butter.
