Gochujang Chicken Popcorn
Ingredients
Marinade
- 800g chicken breast
- black pepper (lots)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (~2 tbsp)
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp (1/4 cup) cornstarch
Glaze
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Recipe
- Cut chicken into cubes
- Mix w/ marinade except cornflour
- Coat w/ cornflour
- Spray w/ cooking oil
- Bake for 10-14m at 400F
- Mix glaze ingredients over heat, stir till it thickens, then add chicken
