Gochujang Chicken Popcorn

Ingredients

Marinade
  • 800g chicken breast
  • black pepper (lots)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (~2 tbsp)
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp (1/4 cup) cornstarch
Glaze
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 3 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Recipe

  • Cut chicken into cubes
  • Mix w/ marinade except cornflour
  • Coat w/ cornflour
  • Spray w/ cooking oil
  • Bake for 10-14m at 400F
  • Mix glaze ingredients over heat, stir till it thickens, then add chicken

  • It’s not great, don’t make it.
