Lapcheong instant noodles
Ingredients
- 1/4 onion (sliced)
- 1/2-1 Lapcheong (chinese sausage) (sliced)
- 1 pack - any instant ramen
- Oyster sauce
- Soy sauce
- Any chinese/asian chili sauce/paste (optional)
- Spring onions (optional garnish)
- Lao gan ma (optional garnish)
Recipe
- Stir fry the onion & lapcheong over high heat.
- Start cooking the instant ramen once they’re on - discard the flavoring packet (or optionally use ~1/4th of it).
- Add oyster sauce, soy sauce and chili sauce to the stir fry.
- Once the noodles are done, drain them, and add them to the stir fry along with a few tbsp of water
- Pull in ~30s-1m, garnish with spring onions & lao gan ma.
Notes
Quite a tasty meal with very non-perishable ingredients, that also takes just 5-10 minutes to cook! Ideal solo meal for when your fridge is looking bare.
