Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup yogurt
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • Simple syrup (or sugar, or honey) to taste

Notes

  • You can use a blender, but don’t really need one - you can mix up the ingredients with a spoon or so too.
  • I’ve tried 1/2 cup yogurt + 1/4 cup milk for the same amount of mango puree - it makes it thicker, but I prefer it a little less.
