Mango Lassi
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- 1/3 cup milk
- 4 oz (weight) mango puree (I recommend Gerber’s Baby Food Mango Puree)
- Simple syrup (or sugar, or honey) to taste
Notes
- You can use a blender, but don’t really need one - you can mix up the ingredients with a spoon or so too.
- I’ve tried 1/2 cup yogurt + 1/4 cup milk for the same amount of mango puree - it makes it thicker, but I prefer it a little less.
