Ingredients

  • 3/4-1 cup rolled oats (aka old fashioned oats)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3-6 frozen berries

Notes

  • Store these for at least ~3-4h. They keep for at least a week, and kinda keep for longer.
  • Optionally drizzle about 1 tbsp of honey or jam/preserves when you’re eating it.
