Instant spiced coffee

Ingredients

• 20 cardamom pods

• 1 star anise

• 5 pepper corns

• 2 tbsp instant coffee

Recipe

• Simmer 4 cups of water with the spices for ~10 minutes

• Strain, and mix in instant coffee

• Optionally: Serve with milk and sugar
