Pretty hard to substitute the chaat masala: the important flavors are cumin, a bit of spice, and dried mango powder for a bit of tang. I’d try cumin powder + chili powder + lemon juice or so, but it’d be a bit tricky to dial in.
Mint Yogurt Dip
Ingredients
1 cup yogurt
~20-30 mint leaves
1 turn black pepper
2-3 turns salt
1 tsp chaat masala
Recipe
Immersion blend or food process the ingredients together. Add a bit of water if needed, esp if using greek yogurt.
Notes
Some source of heat would be good, ie: green chilis if available.
