Pesto Yogurt Chicken
Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds boneless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- additional pesto to brush
Recipe
- Score chicken, mix with all ingredients, marinate for 8-48h
- Broil at high for ~10 minutes on the first side, and then ~6-8 minutes.
- Brush on additional pesto after flipping
- If you prefer less char, you may want to further bake at 350F until temp is 160F
Notes
- You can air fry these too - try at 400F, around 13-14 min total, flipping once midway through
- Modified in Mar 2026: +2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, +2 tsp MSG - makes it much savorier and tastier
